College Managing Committee

The college is run by 'Arya Shiksha Mandal (Regd.), Jalandhar'. The Arya Shiksha Mandal is a registered body, registered in 1945 under the Societies at Act XXI of 1860 at Jalandhar (Punjab) for establishing and managing in the Punjab and elsewhere institutions for imparting quality education to boys and girls of all ages. The members of the society comprise distinguished people drawn from industry, business, education, administration and public organization . Mr. Chander Mohan, an illustrious journalist, educationist with progressive outlook is the President of the Arya Shiksha Mandal.

objectives of the Arya Shiksha Mandal

To establish in the Punjab and elsewhere institutions such as colleges, schools of the ordinary and Gurukula type, boarding houses, Ashrams etc. with the following purposes:

  • To promote the study of classical Sanskrit and Vedas.
  • To encourage and promote the study of Hindi

  • To provide instructions in (i) English and other Modern Languages (ii) Arts and (iii) Science both theoretical and applied including Medicine, Engineering, Ayurveda etc.

To provide means for giving technical, industrial, commercial and vocational education.

To encourage and produce literature in Hindi and Sanskrit.

To affiliate and manage institutions having objects similar to those mentioned in articles I and II, provided that the Mandal shall have the power to accept affiliation on such terms as may be agreed upon by the Mandal and the Managing Body of such institutions.

To do all such other things as are incidental and conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
